Brewiser Body Brew ( 600g Dextrose & 400g Maltodextrin / Corn Syrup )
Yeast - Re-hydrated for 10 mins.

11/01/06 - 23:30 SG: 1038 Started
24/01/06 - 14:00 SG: 1010
24/01/06 - 23:00 SG: 1010 Bottled

Tasted 06/02/06 - Taste ok, well carbonated.

Last night I started my 3rd batch of home brew...  I had a bit of a go at coming up with my own recipe and hopefully I will end up with a nice rich stout..... That is, if my fermenter doesn't blow itself up!
